Ryan is passionate about movement, health and well-being. As an elite athlete for 10 years, Ryan represented Australia in both running and duathlon. Ryan’s classes focus on a creative flowing movement and connecting with the body while calming the mind. His playful approach to sequencing is inter-woven with deep and moving philosophy. Ryan is a natural-born leader.

Amelia

Amelia’s vinyasa classes are simple but strong. Teaching from a place of compassion, she aims to create a supportive environment where students can safely explore all facets of their being. Through asana, breath, meditation, and community, there is always an opportunity to connect to self and each other - and Amelia believes that is where the magic happens. Amelia loves adding a little spice to each class, so you can expect to build heat and get the blood flowing with playful sequencing whilst honouring Yogic wisdom.

Laura

Laura is a big believer in Yoga as medicine. It was through consistent practice that Laura realised states of inner peace, clarity and joy she'd never before experienced. It's her intention to share authentically and empower students to carve their own path toward freedom and healing. Her teaching is breath-focused & playful and her classes are balanced, dancing between strength and fluidity.

Jennalea

No two vinyasa classes Jennalea teaches are ever the same. Always powerful and nourishing, she loves building strong bodies and minds and providing opportunities for you to try new things. Expect to leave class feeling capable, surprised and happy. Jennalea sees Keep It Mellow as a time to truly recalibrate and drop into softness. She will help you to cultivate a deep awareness of how your body moves in space with slow, steady and chill movements.

Georgia

Georgia loves the discipline and beauty of practicing yoga. Expect to build heat as she guides you through classes balanced with strength, humility and refinement through adjustments. Georgia encourages students to give anything a go without focusing on the outcome. Prepare to walk out of the studio feeling strong, grounded and at ease.

Katie

Katie believes wholeheartedly in a classical approach to movement. She fell into Pilates in 2018, loving how good the movements felt on her joints and how strong and mobile she became. You’ll find Katie’s classes are a full-body workout, with a strong focus on form and breath. She strives to make all students feel seen and included and wants you to leave class feeling like you have worked hard but also that you’re now standing a little taller.

Aoife

Aoife, originally from Ireland, teaches from a place of love and compassion. She believes in the healing and transformative powers of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. Aoife offers a gentle practice; her classes cultivate a calming of the nervous system and a beautiful stretching of the body. A supportive and infectiously happy human, Aoife’s classes are inclusive and perfect when you’re looking for something a little chill.

Kara

Kara will always meet you where you're at. She particularly loves Pilates as a movement method as it allows all students to tailor the class to their current capabilities, whether they're pregnant, recovering from an injury or looking to challenge themselves. Her classes are based on traditional principles and full body integration, encouraging awareness, coordination and self-inquiry. Her teaching combines technique and anatomy to encourage the release of unnecessary tension, creating efficiency and space within your body, movement and breath.

Victoria

Victoria is a STOTT Pilates certified trainer, and has been teaching reformer, mat and clinical pilates for over 16 years. With a focus on mindful movement, Victoria’s classes will invite you to embody, explore and embrace the physical and mental aspects of your practice. Led by the breath, she will help you seek efficient, effortless movement while anchoring the mind in the present moment.

Jade

Jade’s vinyasa classes are strong, intentional and alignment based. She loves helping students to feel strong and empowered. Her speciality is teaching advanced asana classes with funky flows and big shapes. Jade sees Keep It Mellow as a tool to slow the fluctuations of the mind. Through breath and meditative practices and a curated sequence to open and stretch the body, her classes will leave you relaxed and calm.

Georgia H

Georgia creates a dynamic journey in sync with music to activate a fire within. Her aim is to move you into deep awareness of your body and let the mind have a rest. With astrology as her guide, her class intentions will connect you to the cosmos and create a collective experience for everyone in the room.

Sienna

Sienna began practising reformer Pilates at 15 and hasn’t stopped since. Her classes are strong yet impactful. She moves with the energy of the room and each class offers opportunities to both lengthen and strengthen. Sienna’s intentional phrasing and music choices will have you blissed out, and you’ll feel empowered to move with your body, not against it.

Sacha

Sacha was first introduced to yoga when she studied dance at university in 2008. She leaned into it to support her professional dance career before diving into her first teacher training in 2014. Almost a decade later, Sacha is still just as passionate as when she started. Her Vinyasa classes are fluid and creative, with intentional sequencing to hit a peak pose. Sacha thinks of her Keep It Mellow classes as a moving meditation; she keeps things approachable and inclusive for all levels.

Jodie

Jodie is especially interested in the embodiment of the elements through asana and embracing our bodies as unique yet interconnected. Her vinyasa classes combine creative sequencing, powerful pranayama, Sanskrit and a sprinkling of philosophy to encourage students to feel empowered and in awe of themselves and everything around them. Jodie’s Keep It Mellow classes centre around a sense of self-compassion, finding softness rather than rigidity and using props to lovingly support yourself, with a beautiful long savasana at the end.
